Boundless Technology, LLC guarantees a limited three-year manufacturer warranty for ALL PRODUCTS that are purchased through the Boundless retail site or from three of our designated distributors/vendors. Please note items bought from eBay and Amazon are not considered a designated source and therefore not eligible under our warranty agreement.
The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three-year from the original date of purchase and covers electronics, ceramic heating chamber, structural integrity, and attachments. The battery is not covered under the limited three-year warranty and has a seperate 90-day warranty. If a physical defect arises and a claim is made within the warranty period, Boundless Technology will either:
Repair the product defect
Exchange the product with a new one
If an issue occurs with the battery, and it is past the 90-day warranty, we can offer a replacement/repair for a small fee plus shipping. Please contact our customer service representatives for further information regarding pricing and shipping fees.
To begin the warranty process please have your Boundless security code (scratch off code on the back of the box) readily available, this is used to identify your device. When emailing or submitting a ticket please make sure to provide a brief description of the issue along with a photo or video displaying the defect. We will provide you with a RMA form which must be submitted back to us. Please note the defective unit must be returned for further inspection. For all returns within the U.S. we will provide you with a return label to ship the unit back. International orders may be subject to pay return fees.
